Coming up with something cute and clever to call this new year is hard. And we're running out of time! My impossibly chíc friend Sarika Rastogi's choice: Sweet 16. I mean...how much do you love?
Since it was too warm and toasty this year for winter glam, my mind went straight to accessories. And my feet went straight to Elizabeth Street. This year my talented friend Page Sargisson had constructed the ultimate pop up shop. A curator at heart, Page spoiled her guests with bubbly cocktails that went down too quickly (you can't try on rings while holding a FULL glass, can you?) and manicures by Vanity Projects to compliment your new trinkets.
Page also introduced me to the bag collection I cannot stop talking about. Annabell Ingall. You may have seen her giant - but deceptively lightweight - leather bags on the shoulders of your style crushes. Simple, clean and in colors other than the ubiquitous black and brown.
Did you know she also created the crossover bag that made me a convert? Let's say it and just get it out of the way: I crossed over to the crossover!
If you missed the pop up shop, no worries. All jewels and bags can be purchased straight from Page, right here in our li'l Brooklyn. Email her your Wist List: firstname.lastname@example.org
