My apartment doesn’t have central A/C so we are gonna keep this simple.
If you’re sweaty and you know it, but prefer others don’t, here are some tips:
Stay away from anything heather grey - it will show EVERY DROP (I learned that the hard way after treating myself to a Pilates class post pregnancy wearing leggings in the aforementioned heather grey. Threw them away along with hopes of EVER doing jumping jacks again)
Keep the crotch area unobstructed. This is CPU of your body’s A/C and can’t work around your lycra.
Long flowy dresses allow you to go commando and gift you airflow with every “swoosh”
The old adage holds true: bright + light colors reflect the sun. So travel “light” this season ….
Guys, Im fading. With every heat advisory my phone keeps screaming about, I get closer and closer to hiding in the corner of my local CVS and enjoying the A/C.
Which brings me to my last tip of what to look for in a summer dress: pass-out-ability.
Can you fall asleep in it comfortably? Add. To. Cart.
I love your guts!
